Private Lake District Cottages
Honeypot and Nannygoat cottages are tucked away at Broadoak our private country estate, which is located on the periphery of Underbarrow village, close to Kendal, Windermere and the Cartmel Peninsula.
With woodland, ponds and paddock, it’s a rural haven for wildlife and your holiday soundtrack is one of birdsong, peace and the local farm animals. This is rolling valley countryside and a magical Lakeland setting that’s just waiting to be explored – stroll down the lane to our local pub, wander the woodland and grounds or enjoy a picnic by the pond.
