Broadoak Cottages; a unique Lakeland Cottage Company

We purchased our home in the Lyth Valley along with the Honeypot and Nannygoat Cottages in 2017.

The refurbishment of Honeypot and Nannygoat cottages was completed in early 2018. These two peaceful and luxurious holiday cottages are nestled in the Lyth Valley on the southern edge of the Lake District National Park and had been successful and popular self-catering properties for many years before we took over.

Our cottages are based in one of the quieter, unsung Lake District valleys, renowned for its damsons. We love introducing guests to our area and to our Lakeland cottages, which are perfectly placed in expansive grounds. The grounds are a rural wildlife haven, making our cottages the ideal destination for a romantic break, a peaceful getaway or a family holiday.

The finish in all of our properties is luxurious with a relaxed, country chic feel and we’ve added everything you will need to make the most of your self-catering break.
